Typical interview process. I had a phone interview followed by an in person interview about 2 weeks later. I was offered a temp position, but turned it down. After that, they asked me to come in for an assessment of my skills. They do this so when a position does become available, they can have you start right away.
I encountered numerous questions primarily designed to assess my personal fit and compatibility with the team’s culture, values, and working style. I would recommend you prepare effective responses to highlight your strengths in these areas. (Star Method)
I had just one video interview with the team leads. They asked questions about my background and gave information about the position. Over all, very easy and they were very nice and personable.

My recruiter was nice but doesn’t let me negotiate on salary otherwise everything was nice. Be confident and they ask many scenario based questions and behavioural and I would suggest to be mentally prepared to answer the questions.
