No transparency in their interview, recruiter behaviour seems bit biased !! Someone called to explain about the role but he jumped into initial screening after 45 minutes of usual questions he asked me to send the updated CV. He mentioned he will present it to the actual company to who he was acting as a recruitment agent. One week after I received typical email saying they are not proceeding with my profile, when I asked the recruiter about the feedback he have been moving away from it. I thought they have very transparent process and work based on equal opportunity, but they seem to be hiding or operating with some sort of bias. Beware if you are applying for big companies through them. They won’t honour the time you invest in the process. This is happening even for senior roles where people usually have the maturity to understand the reality but they don’t seem to have understand that and ignoring to give proper feedback.
