Applied for the job they were recruiting for, on a well known insurance company's behalf, only a few hours after it was posted and got a call about an hour later saying that they wanted to invite me for interview and further details would follow. Leave it two days and phone them up as haven't heard anything and they say that other people had already been offered the job and tough luck. I wonder if they would have bothered even telling me had I not contacted them first. Absolutely atrocious service, no way to treat a candidate and I am sure your clients would not be impressed that this is the way you treat their potential future employees.
