Tell you what you want to hear than make changes to there needs not matter how it effects the employee. Then when you express your feelings and needs, either quit or sorry about your luck.
The first part is hands on. The second part is just questions (APGAR, RR, stuff we learned in EMT school. Then they schedule you for a physical exam where you load the gurney into the rig.

Very straight Forward. She told me to submit forms ahead of time and then during my interview I was asked about my skills and they asked me to show them the skills.
