Internship through school, rode along with ambulance crew for a shift. Everyone was very kind and helped me learn and gain experience, and explained their hiring process and company culture.

What skills are you comfortable performing in the field
Straight forward and streamlined, nice interviewers, skills assessment after interview to verify proper skills, pertinent questions to why you would or should get the job, overall a good experience and would recommend to others
Easy interview, mostly checking for general competency. We covered a handful of job related questions, a couple of general "get to know you" questions, and then discussed when my start date could be. Overall pretty straightforward.

There was two people interviewing me taking turns asking questions. While I was responding they were typing out my responses for their boss to review and determine if I was eligible to hire.
