You come in initally for a basic knowledge test, if you pass that then you immediately go on to a one on one interview. After that you schedule a physical test consisting of lifting a 70lb weight, stair stepping for a specific amount of time, as well as compressions for a specific amount of time.
Straight forward and streamlined, nice interviewers, skills assessment after interview to verify proper skills, pertinent questions to why you would or should get the job, overall a good experience and would recommend to others

Entrevista
There was two people interviewing me taking turns asking questions. While I was responding they were typing out my responses for their boss to review and determine if I was eligible to hire.

They asked me multiple behavioral questions and a few medical questions.
Easy interview, mostly checking for general competency. We covered a handful of job related questions, a couple of general "get to know you" questions, and then discussed when my start date could be. Overall pretty straightforward.
