Entrevista
The interview is pretty typical of an EMS company. You meet with the HR person and he has a scripted interview he follows pretty much. You take a written test for the skill level you are applying for and you will also meet with an Administrative Supervisor. Generally an offer is offered the same day. The offer is contingent upon your background check, physical agility test, driving record and your ability to get and maintain an Ambulance Drivers Permit for the City of Houston.

Very easy interview, show up on time in business casual and you are golden.
The interview was professional and engaging. The interviewer asked relevant clinical questions, focusing on real-world EMS scenarios. They valued both medical knowledge and compassion. I felt respected and heard throughout. It reinforced my desire to join the team and serve the community. A truly positive and motivating experience.
