To date it has been disjointed and scattered over weeks. After passing the HR screening, I am not told that there will be 7 more interviews from more junior roles to presidents? This seems excessive for a mid-level role and the conversations are more about how 'smart' the people I am talking to think they are and what they want someone to do as part of their work? I was not able to ask any questions and it was very one sided.
