Extremely thorough process. They really place a ton of value on hiring the right person. It started with an interesting email wanting to get to know about me, and then from there I had a phone interview, and 2 in-person interviews. The last of which ended with the team taking me out to dinner. You even get to shadow them on the job for a bit to get a feel for the work and the culture!
They are really looking for someone who they will enjoy spending 8-hours a day in the office with, in addition to delivering results.

Interview process was ok. They are great recruiters and excellent at what they do. Beware of paying too much attention to the perks, and instead ask all kinds of questions to fully evaluate the position and the company.
