one the first interview writing the five forms of advertising, on the second I had to fill out a personality assessment which was very tricky, and on the third verbalizing my two greatest strength off the bat.

Entrevista
Two very different interviews; the first one is just general to place a face on the resume, the second interview shows you what you would be doing. The second interview is the most important you get the experience and you get to talk and ask questions to actual employees. After the second interview they let you know whether you get the job or not in about one or two days.
