I had a positive experience during the interview process and appreciated the opportunity to speak with both the recruiter and hiring manager. The conversations were professional, engaging, and informative. I was informed that multiple candidates were being interviewed and that the hiring manager would be going on vacation, which made the process feel time-sensitive. However, after the interviews, there was no follow-up or communication regarding my application status, even after reaching out. Clear communication following interviews is important, especially when candidates have taken the time to complete multiple steps in the process. Improving follow-up practices would enhance the overall candidate experience.

Had 3 interviews via zoom. Was not bad, however, I was not sure exactly why i was not hired. I felt like all the interviews went well. The ladies all asked repeitive, basic interview questions
