Initial telephone call from HR lasted around 10 mins to arrange for an informal brief (was told 15 mins) teams prelim interview with the hiring manager. However informal interview turned out to be a formal interview with a 3 strong panel comprising of Head of HR, Director of Quality and Head of production. This lasted 40 mins and I was placed under high scrutiny . Needless to say I was not prepared for this and did not even hear back from the company as to what the outcome was. At the end of the interview they said if I was successful at this stage they would invite me down to site for a "formal" interview and offered 2-3 days work shadowing . Quality Director not very welcoming.
