You have to take a 12 min assessment test. Once you pass, you get interviewed right after. I was interviewed by 3 people. After the interview, they walk you through the site to give you an idea of what you would expect. They will call you in for a second interview. The second interview is basically to ask you any additional questions from the first interview.

Walk me through your resume. What/where do you see yourself in 5 years. How comfortable are you with traveling? What would you do if you received a phone call from a client that was losing thousands of dollars because an equipment didn't work as intended?
Second interview: Are there any concerns you have with the position? Do you have any concerns about traveling?

Entrevista
The interview comprised 3 rounds. First: Written-test, then a Technical Interview, and finally a video conference with the higher authorities of Amada India Pvt Ltd. A final talk with the President is the last part of this process.
