First one was by phone. Passed no worries. Second was in the office with production manager. It looks like I was a good fit but then they rejected me. I am not sure what criteria I didn’t pass, very upset

A screening call set up with HR which then leads to telephonic call with the technical manager. If selected, in person interview will be set up with the team managers.
