Interview starts with the technical round which was lengthy discussion ends in 3-4 hours, after that HR round which was general negotiation ends in 1 hr. My resume was forwarded through a consultant , after which I got selected and got interview call. Whole process took almost 1 month. starting from forwarding my resume to consultant and getting final offer.

Great. 2 way communication on pass experience. Multiple example questions. Not very technical. Talk about your past experience and CV. They talked much about the team and culture.
Friendly atmosphere. The people knew what they wanted and were open about it.
