Telephonic round for 45 mins
After Shortlisted Face to Face Round.
There is no correlation between Telephonic round and F2F round. Telephonic was done by another Manager and F2F was done by different manager. I was shortlisted by first manager and called for interview. The second manager discovered that my profile is not matching with job requirement. I dont understand after reading 2 page resume and 45 mins of telephonic round they did not understand my skills and experience. I was asked to travel to Banglore office for F2F. There they understood that my profile is not matching. What the hell...! if you cannot make decision by reading resume and telephonic round and at the end you come up with foolish reason that profile is not matching. This is really disgusting.....!
HR did not bother to meet the candidate who had traveled such long distance for interview. I think HR should atleast welcome the candidate and expain them about Job description,company structure, Culture etc. This is basic responsibility from HR you can expect.

Engineering school days question like Draw SFD & BMD diagram.
Calculate the Force on the system. I am having more than 13 years of experience for me this school days questions are very silly as I have studied 13 years back and I belive in practical work now. I had worked for several projects from Concept to Delivery. They should have asked more sitution based question instead of these school days formulae.
