Interview process was good, the Engineering manager at the time of my interview was very good and detailed.
Interview was two stage
Plant tour was very quick.
Salary and terms changed during interview f
I was given a multiple-choice mechanical aptitude test and a standard Q&A interview. They were mostly interested in the potential of the candidate as I had no prior experience working on the specialized equipment in their industry.

Entrevista
There was a sit down interview the HR manager and maintenance manager first. Next there was a written exam. Finally there was a plant walk through. I also had a background check.
