Dear candidate, thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback based on your experience during the initial phase of the interviewing process. We’re always appreciative and welcoming of factual and constructive feedback to enhance our candidates’ experience. ALLDATA has multiple recruiters who collaborate to speed up the recruiting process and bring in competent candidates into the organization. While a recruiter is out of the office, the other recruiters step in to keep the process going. Apparently, according to you, you were contacted multiple times, most likely by different recruiters over a period of time. The positive is, your resume (at least on paper) clearly met the job requirements, hence why two different recruiters contacted you on two different occasions. Our internal processes should’ve documented that your compensation requirements are beyond what the role can offer to avoid any misunderstandings. As a candidate, you’re free to set your salary expectations, but as a company, we also can decide what the role is “worth” and set up our compensation strategies based on company affordability and market data. Having said that, ALLDATA offers excellent total compensation packages, career growth opportunities, and exceptional professional teams to work with. We do not need to “chase” or “pressure” candidates to accept our philosophies. The employment relationship is offer and acceptance. Please kindly assume good intentions. Contacting you twice was a simple internal system error/communication oversight.
Thank you for your interest in ALLDATA. I genuinely wish you a lot of money in 2024 and beyond!
