Most questions are very generalized and centered around having conversations about your work experience and they'll do the hard work in making you look good for their client.
Fast and effective. No long drawn out wait for a response. They asked good questions not just generic interview questions. Always in contact with my recruiter. Followed up after interviews with clients.
