Group interview - Some interesting questions about Aldi so do some research… made us walk around to see what they did different to other stores… also a sheet for availability and maths questions??? They definitely prefer guys as it is a job filled with lifting which is stupid

It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.
