I don’t think this is the typical process as the stores in my area are still being built, but this was my experience. It was a group style interview where a person was going around checking people in and asking what position we were there for. The first issue was more than half of the people that showed up were there under the impression that they were interviewing for a full time job, but we were told those positions were filled weeks ago and the emails received were sent in error, and they were only interviewing for part time or seasonal. If you opted to stay, you could. We were then individually called back for a one on one style where they asked several scenario type of questions about how you’d handle certain scenarios. If you passed the first round, they had you wait and do a second interview with 2 district managers. They then told us we’d hear within 2 days and it’s been almost a month and I never heard anything.

I was invited to a group interview where we walked around the store and toured the backroom where products are loaded and stocked. This was followed by an individual interview with the store manager.
