I didn’t get to complete the interview because the actual physical demo portion started a whopping 3 hours and 45 minutes passed my scheduled interview time!! They hadn’t even alerted us that they were going to be massive multi candidate interviews. I was extremely disappointed in how it was run.

In the 2 minute initial interview, after waiting forever in the candidate room, he asked me how much I was comfortable standing and lifting, which I thought was already covered in the application. Once again, was not impressed.

Took me almost 3 hours, it could have been done way better and quicker. They filter all applicants on the spot instead of just invite those who qualified.

I applied on their website and was contacted to move forward with an interview, which ended up being a hiring event. The person who interviewed me seemed impressed by my experience and said they would be in touch. I then was asked to come in for another interview which was with a smaller group, where they showed us the warehouse and asked us to do a few physical tasks. Even though I have years of warehouse experience, I did not receive an offer.

Fast. Liked the original group interview method which helped get through the process quickly. Praying I get the job! This would be a really great opportunity! Global retailer with great core values and a place in the community
