Was invited after 6 months of applying to a group assessment, which included some information about the company and some basic tests.
The next stage was a one to one interview. This involved standard questions and suitability for the role.

Rigid, not in person, is online, many applicants, probably they just have to screen them all and ge the jobs done, a big business I guess. Online test then record a video interview

Applied online and heard back a few days later to set up a 15 phone interview. They sent a text allowing you to click a link to schedule a time that works for you

Can you tell me about a time that you had an employee that you helped with their training and that really sticks out in your memory and what their training process was sort of like?
So during your time as a manager, what has been your favorite part about being a leader as well well as the biggest challenge that you've had to overcome?
Group interview and tour of the store. Short one on one interview lasting 5 minutes or less with store manager or district manager. Process was rushed and interview was not long at all.
