Entrevista
First stage recruiter screening - telephone and CV;
Second stage recruiter basic aptitude test and group interview - all the basic skills and matching;
Final interview with head of the department - got ask a few weird questions from the boss and got very awkward at the end. Probably why I didn't get the job.
