The interview was an in person one on one. They seem to be looking for someone who can't be bullied and is strong willed. Willing to work a lot of hours.

First round was a video recording having to answer six behavioral questions. You are given about two minutes to answer each question and 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
Resume screen then HireVue, very basic and simple questions. One attempt but you get 30 seconds to prepare. There's also some videos to watch of the hiring manager describing the process.
