Contacted (only) by text a day after I applied and asked if I could attend a "Hiring Event." Interview was one-on-one with about 15 other people in line as they would call us into an interview room. Was asked a few questions for about 3 minutes and then told they'll be in contact. 3 days later I got an auto response in my e-mail saying they went with another candidate.
