Took about a month from applying online to having my assessment, interview and contract signing. Applied online while on holiday and they replied about 2 weeks after giving me a date for an assessment meeting. We walked through the warehouse, had an introduction of aldi and what it offers and 2 smalls tests.
Sent me my assessment results within less than an hour offering me a interview scheduled within the week. And then sent me my job offer 2 days after my interview

Questions asked were: discribe a difficult situation you found yourself in and how you over came it and a couple of others and just a general chat about me as a person and what I've done and been doing.
Lengthy application form online heard back within the week to invite for an assessment centre this had around 25 people present. Consisted of a tour of the warehouse then a basic maths and logic test. Within a week next step was invite to an interview 1 on 1 nothing to heavy just asked how you think you Will fit in and a general chat on your employment history. Called with jon offer 3 days later. Quite a drawn out process but I'm guessing it weeds out the time wasters and people without basic common knowledge.

Entrevista
Applied online, was sent invitation to attent a group assessment the following week. As per the invitation, the assessment was between 5.00 pm and 6.00 pm, but started late and finished at 6.30 pm. I didn't like the manager's attitude and the spent most of the time going through a presentation and saying you need to achieve this and that. Definitely not a group assessment; instead to identify who was going to do as instructed.

Group interview then 15 min 1 on 1 then lift test. If you don’t make it to lift test then you didn’t get the job. If you pass then you get your of warehouse
