Group interview - Meet with the Operations Director. You are first given a Math Test. The math test is basic arithmetic. The group is then broken into teams and given a topic to discuss, debate and reach a conclusion on. The team then appoint a spokesperson. to give feedback. The Operations Director watches how the team interact and who contributes to the debate.

Interview is split into three rounds first on the phone second at the store with member of management at lastly with DM of the stores. Which is unfortunate because it would seem the DM is looking for different things that the store team is looking for
Responses were fairly quick and the interview process was quick. There was even an automated message system that allowed you to book interviews on your own time and allowed you to adjust the dates to what works for you.
