It was a 1:1 interview and I was asked about past positions I have held, what management strategis can I bring to the company, what style of leadership do I offer, my strengths and weaknesses, why do I want to work here, and what was my goals for the next 5 years.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.

There was a phone interview, two in-person interviews on campus, and a full-day interview at their office. Everyone was very kind and professional. They really care about finding the perfect fit for their branch!!
