There are several stages and the competition is very high: initially they want your Cv and cover letter, then there is an online assessment, and after that a prerecorded interview, assessment center and final interview.
One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
