Group interview eith 30 peope & then you have a 1 on 1 with the manager that last 5 minutes. You basicly stand in the front of the store until your name is called. The other thing is they had 3 different sessions & they are only hiring 1 person.

series of interviews before a store experience. Basic numerical testing before interview questions as a group around what they think Aldi's role is etc. After that its a one on one interview followed by a store experience where you get the chance to ask any questions
