I applied online and was emailed a few days later to come in for a group interview. When I arrived I was surprisingly the only one there for the group interview. The interviewer was very friendly however was obviously prepared for a group interview rather than a 1 on 1. I was emailed later that day inviting me to come in for a second interview and gave details for a medical. My second interview was 3 days after the first and I booked the medical in for the afternoon on the same day. After the interview I was told I would be contacted later in the week. About a week and a half later I got an email to inform me I was unsuccessful. I have read a few similar reviews of people going for interviews with Aldi and feeling confident with the process, then being told they're unsuccessful. I think the process of having a medical test done before being informed if you are successful or not is a big waste of time.
