Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en ALDI en feb 2013
Entrevista
Recruited at a campus job fair. After applying through the schools server, Aldi invited me to a reception with other District Manager Intern candidates as well as District Manager candidates. The presentation lasted about two hours and included presentations from three District Managers and their Vice President and Director of Operations about the culture of Aldi and the benefits, training, and job description of the DM position. There were several opportunities to ask informed questions showing knowledge and understanding of Aldi. The most repeated word in the presentation was AUTONOMY (try and work that into your answers). After the presentation ended, there was a chance to talk with the Aldi reps for a brief period
My interview was held the next day with one of the District Managers from the night before. It was a very casual interview and he stated that this round was to see if we were a good fit for each other.
The first questions were standard:
Tell me about yourself.
Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
Why did you choose Aldi?
Then he got into a couple situational questions:
What is the best decision you've made?
What is the worst decision you've made?
Tell me about a time where you've made a change that was well received by your team.
What would you do if you saw an employee taking $20 out of the register?
Afterwards, he let me ask him a couple questions. After a brief exchange, I thank him for his time and exited the room . A week later, I received an email stating I was not being considered at that time.

First round was a video recording having to answer six behavioral questions. You are given about two minutes to answer each question and 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
Resume screen then HireVue, very basic and simple questions. One attempt but you get 30 seconds to prepare. There's also some videos to watch of the hiring manager describing the process.

4 rounds, not very technical, after the first round, it's just talking to highups to see if you fit the culture. You get the name of the interviewer ahead of time.

Definitely asked about my resume and background. Why I chose my major and how I see myself in this role.
