Great process, very positive experience. ALDI really cares about culture, and you fitting into it. Questions will not be as technical, very personality based. Be honest, ALDI is very transparent and appreciates honesty.

Self introduction, introduce one of your favourite course in college and what does it related to your position. Knowledge about the company and the job duties. Test your English ability

First interview was a group info session then breakout rooms being interviewed by department employees, second interview was with another employee from the respective department. Pretty easy interview process, just wasn't impressed by the people interviewing me.
