had an online test (easy) then got myself an individual assessment, which was basically just an interview. i was asked about myself, talked over the hours i’d be working, and was put into scenarios which i had answer. it all seemed ok. i was then invited to a store experience which was learning what was what and the fire exits ect. i was made to sort out some stock and work on the shop floor for about an hour or so. it all seemed very promising and good. they basically treat me as if i had already got the job. i was then told that i’d hear back from the main lady who hires. i heard back a week later, i was unsuccessful. the management needs to not let possible staff get their hopes up like that. it’s not fair.
