Had a group interview than 2 one on one interviews with managers and had a medical - it took nearly 4 weeks from the first interview till the last, skills are not as important as attitude and personality

It was short and sweet, they sent me a email to book a time to have a phone call with them and a week later I had my interview. I just answered some questions they asked me and said I would get a email reply if I went to the next stage

Was overly complicated and too many stages, online test x2 and a recorded interview. Application itself is very tedious and is not very friendly to new users. Apparently you need to know someone already in ALDI to work at there stores.

Still need to do a Store interview (which I was told would be the final interview).
