On campus interview, and Super Day interview. Not overly difficult, but very long. Definitely want people who are passionate about the company that are willing to sacrifice a few years in order to progress in company.

Three part interview process. Pre-night dinner at the college you attend, one screening interview , second round interview at the divisional office, standard interview questions analyzing personal strengths to see your competencies and if you would be a right fit for the position and if you can perform the functions of the job
