We started with a dinner where various managers were introduced. The dinner was very helpful because it provided information about the company and allowed you to ask any questions you might have. The interview for me was intense. I have experience working at a grocery store, so that might have been why the questions were very hard to answer. They are looking for confident leaders. Do not be intimidated by the interview

Would you consider pride to be constructive or destructive?
It went really well! I was surprised by their professionalism. I was feeling a lot of stress before but everything was great. And the interviewer gave me a lot of important information and pointers. That was really helpful.

Entrevista
This was a standard interview process. I was asked my strengths, weaknesses, etc. A big focal point was placed on how I respond to individuals or team members who are not motivated to work hard. I would assume this is because the role you are applying for is a leadership position.

Entrevista
The interview itself was pretty straight forward, normal behavioral interview. It felt like they already had decided who to hire before the interviews and just had them to confirm their decision.
