Be yourself be on time the questions are simple. Customer service is number one always. They will ask about past jobs and give an example of a time where you displayed great customer service.

Interview is split into three rounds first on the phone second at the store with member of management at lastly with DM of the stores. Which is unfortunate because it would seem the DM is looking for different things that the store team is looking for
Responses were fairly quick and the interview process was quick. There was even an automated message system that allowed you to book interviews on your own time and allowed you to adjust the dates to what works for you.
