Its too easy, therefore dealing with Incompetancy in some org. Process should be Improved and transparent. Interview should focus more on problem solving and algorithms. It will really improve the quality of work and company value.
First round was DSA. Asked 2 medium level questions. I solved both of them in C++, but the interviewer was expecting in Java.
Waited a week for the response from the HR. Didn't get back, so I called and got to know that I was not selected for the next rounds.
