Typical Interview Process:
- Round 1: LLD
- Round 2: Domain Expertise and HLD
- Round 3: HLD
- Round 4: Experience, People Management
- Round 5: HR and LeaderShip
Absolute waste of time, since I went through the entire loop. And all rounds went well.
1st Round interviewer had one solution in mind on Logger Framework and didn't know any solution that the one he knew about - a very novice interviewer. Same case with the Twitter HLD question on Round 3. Interviewers are rigid about their primitive thought process and have no idea that every problem has trade-offs associated with it.
HR round was worst of all as he was least interested in answering questions I asked about the organization, and was only giving answers in Binary.
Finally, I had the Video turned on, for all interviews - but only 2 interviewers had turned on their video and rest of them stayed dark the entire time - shows unprofessional behavior.

Smooth interview process to start with , which ended up in a disaster
3 tech interviews + 1 with VP + 1 more with VP
But after that there was no communication from the HR. I kept asking him and he was also clueless about the status. Later I came to know that the VP was yes till yesterday and today it became no.
I think they do lot of time pass - dont know what they want. In an interview of 1 hours, I dont understand how can somebody judge your and your business sentiments ? and without asking any business related question.
Also, the most awkward part is that all the interviewers switch off the video mode and talk to you - it is really unprofessional. not only me, others have also shared a similar experience.
Overall, I wasted 5 hours talking to this organisation and then learning that yes has suddenly become no.
