I had a interview that lasted about an hour in the new engineering building. It was a formal experience, with three panelists (including my would be boss). Overall it was a very positive experience; I was not asked too many technically difficult questions, and I was able to demonstrate my relevant skills and suitability for the position. I came prepared to answer questions on the project which was appropriate and helpful I believe.
