Casual and efficient. Screening call was casual: asking basic information of you and your experience and telling you about the position. In the next interviews they gave more role specific questions.

Entrevista
HR call then meet with team members. Overall mostly behavioral questions, never got any technical questions. They seem to be more interested in cultural fit rather than technical skills. Very causal overall.
Quick Phone interview , just the basic, ask why do you think you suit the job, what’s your advantage compared to other candidates, and if willing to relocate. Didn’t get further with the process.
