Applied online through my college campus website and got requested for an interview. I accepted the requested interview and had a 30 minute interview at my college campus. It was a pretty basic interview, but I never heard back from them afterwards, letting me know whether I was or wasn't still being considered for the position. I found this to be slightly unprofessional.
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening then an interview with 5 different AIG employees. Finally you will receive the final decision. During these interviews they were mostly behavioral questions.

Why do you want to work for AIG? Why are you interested in this specific job you are applying for?
Very friendly and patiently explaing the job function. They tend to look for people that can be with the company for a longer term and are willing to provide training if you get in.
Quick and easy, all interviewers at the panel were very welcoming and friendly. one of my favorite interview experiences, would definitely recommend trying out this process. consisted of 3 rounds
