Interviewed with the Science group. A group that has absolutely no clue what it needs. My initially round of interviews went well with people who were technically qualified. After this stage there was hiring freeze and was told that they would not go forward. Two months later, AIG initiated the interview process again. By this time the group has been re-structured. This time the interview was with technically unqualified Ex-McKinsey consultants. I am not sure how they were qualified to do the interview and and was an absolute waste of time. Needles to say, things did not go well. I was happy this time to not have an offer!!

I interviewed for a Senior Data Scientist role. After the recruiter call, I talked with 3 people including the senior director of data science. I did great in all the technical rounds without missing a single question. However, after two months of interview process, during the offer stage, the HR representative attempted a bait-and-switch. He tried to down-level me to a Data Scientist position and lowball me with a $130k-$140k offer, despite my senior-level assessment, which then came down to $120-$130 in the last call, LOL. It feels like they are a cheap company trying to get senior talent at a discount.
Would not recommend wasting your time on this company.
