Face to face interview, not terribly hard. In fact, it was 1 to 1, with the manager of the department, and very pleasant to go through. The hiring manager was up front, pleasant, asked some pretty standard questions, and offered an easy feeling so you could be relaxed and well prepare. Everyone was open and friendly and just nice to be around. I'm glad I went.
