Application form from aecom website with some lengthy questions. Received a mail to do a video interview with some competency questions and a Numerical reasoning test through SHL And received a mail to meet one week after in their office to do an Assessment in London.
In the Assessment there are 5 Phases. First, introduction of the company. Secondly, they provide you a map with some problems and you have to solve the transport problems by implementing a motorway and a railway. After you have thought of your solutions, you will need to explain your solution at two managers. Thirdly some HR typical questions made by the two managers. Fourthly Tour made by a graduate and finally write an essay of one page and you can choose from a big range of topics.

Very good process, asked a lot of questions about my degree and how it relates to the job, asked questions about AECOM, asked questions about my CV. Then had to do an exercise that was basically getting to see how I think about transportation and how it all links together, Gave me a map and told me introduce a public infrastructure system to connect to cities, very fun just think a bit creatively to stand out. Make sure you know a lot about the work they are doing on projects.

Entrevista
Completed the online application, then invited to complete an online situational judgement text and then called by HR to attend an interview. At the interview there were general questions as well as a short test that was logic based and you couldn't prepare for.
