Easy, show up clean and presentable. Have a good attitude and your willing to do menial tasks. Don't say anything foolish and don't try to be to smart for this position, just show a desire to want to work hard. This is a lower level position and they want you to exercise your duties as they see it not how you believe it should be done, regardless of how much sense it doesn't make to you or your co workers. You need to understand that this is a Chemical Weapon Destruction Pilot Plant, by pilot it is meant that there has been other successful plants and at this one we will do it differently because of environmental regulations and the fact that the government (DTRA) will pay for PCAPP to rework the process regardless of cost to it's employees or the tax payers.
