Recommended by someone as they were not actively seeking a LA. Went through one round of interview, followed by a formal application process on their website portal. The documents required were- portfolio, resume and letter of interest.

Work experience and level of expertise in design documentation.
25-30 min interview with exec and assistant director (first in), describe portfolio and inform job preference (design vs. PM). Slightly confusing without HR present but overall process was smooth and direct.

A resume, a short introduction of yourself and a portfolio of your work are required. Detailed description of the content of the projects involved in the portfolio, career development plans.

First run 30 min call with HR. Start with self introduction and following with questions. Then you can ask questions to them. The thing is I don't think they provide visa sponsorship for international employees.
