Magnasoft is a crazy company when it comes to hiring people. From past one year they have been chasing various people for Business Development position, they have approached me twice. They have a long process...wherein they would ask you to prepare a Business Plan etc for prospective business. They follow long recruitment process which a professional Tier 1 company follows, they want best of the candidates available in the market but when it comes to salary they offer peanuts. I suggest people to not waste time with Magnasoft's job openings. They don't even spend a penny for arranging one to one interview....all rounds are telephonic!! "Typical Lala company"

Entrevista
Only one round was required. I was interviewing to return to my old position after leaving and the interview was a formality with my old team. Nothing unexpected as I had already proven my skills and abilities. Majority of the questions were behavioral.

Interview process was thorough and team was fantastic. They were surprised I wanted to meet them in person but I wanted to meet the leadership team I would be representing.

Interviewer mostly talked about the company and himself. The job function was unclear. Looking for a candidate that can bring C-level connections with an low to average package. Was not able to present at length my strength and what I can do for the company, the focus was on immediate industry connection even though it was a new team with no manager or supporting staff.
